Shotguns

Shotguns are one of the sub-categories of both Medium and Heavy Weapons in Brink.

It's a variety of firearm that takes a shell of pellets, firing a burst of projectiles at once. Due to this spreading, they perform poorly at range and usually hold fewer rounds than other two-handed weapons. Although at close range they are able to take down some enemies in one-shot.
