Attention high ranking members of the --97th--. We have a new ally, They go by the name of Regret's Creed. They have a idea that could help us out. If we send our most elite soldiers to the security then help them out We could learn more tricks to help us win the war. This could be the final push needed to end the war. The lower ranked personal will NOT be informed of this activity. Any soldiers who accept the message will be put under the M.I.A. list and told how to look and regulated to check in once a month under a Regret's Creed contact list.
