Although brink still does not come out for a while, it seems it will have some competition. After playing the demo of Crysis 2 (And the leaked version.) I have doubts on whether Brink will be able to compete. Crysis 2's multiplayer was done like many others, a loadout with a primary and secondary. The user had a choice from 12 guns and about 24 perks. That wasn't what concerned me though. With all the gizmo's of stealth and armor crytek seemed to have handled it well by making these items have a visible difference but not overpowering the player. Crysis 2 also had a regular FPS scoring system unlike my next topic.

Here comes Bulletstorm. The concept of the combo kills and scoring system was almost a kick to my heart. I never had seen a kill as an amount of points, but rather saw it as a it should be scored as a set value. Now don't get me wrong, I do like my +50 headshot bonus but going all the way to say +300 for using your whip then kicking the person into spikes? Of most games I've played this has got to be the strangest scoring system that I have ever seen. I'm not saying its bad, just that I don't prefer it.

So now, I have a question. Although it is decided that Brink will use the regular scoring system, if you could have either in Brink, which would you have? Why? And which game(s) are you going to get; Brink, Crysis 2, or Bulletstorm?
